Treatment Fees
We will always be honest and upfront about our charges and provide you with a written treatment plan before you commence any treatment with us. We like to involve you in the treatment planning stages, and discuss the various treatment options available and help you make an informed decision about your treatment.
You can decide to pay for your treatment ‘as-you-go’, join one of our Denplan payment plans or benefit from our finance facilities.

Payment terms and conditions
- To register as a new patient, we require a non refundable deposit of £50.00 at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the consultation fee. We are able to take payment of the deposit over the phone by card payment.
- Should you fail to attend the initial consultation or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time the deposit will not be refunded.
- We ask that all balances and payments are made at the end of each appointment.
- If you fail to attend any subsequent appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours of your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the appointment.
- Patients on our Denplan payment plans will also be charged a £30 failed to attend or late cancellation fee.
- We accept debit and credit visa and master card, cash and cheques.
